Terms of Service

Plumber Sites offers two payment options for the website build:

• Pay in full: $999 one-time payment before work begins.
• Payment plan: $100/month for 12 months ($1,200 total). Requires a credit card on file with auto-pay enabled. Your site goes live after the first payment.

Monthly hosting and support is $25/month, billed separately. Hosting begins when your site goes live.

If you choose the $100/month payment plan, the following terms apply:

• A valid credit card must be kept on file with auto-pay enabled for the full 12-month term.
• If a payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, your site will be taken offline until the balance is current.
• Your site will be restored within 24 hours of payment being received.
• The payment plan cannot be cancelled early. If you wish to stop payments, the remaining balance becomes due immediately.

Monthly hosting ($25/month) includes:

• Unlimited content changes - just email dan@plumbersites.dev and we handle it within 48 hours.
• SSL certificate, security updates, and uptime monitoring.
• Hosting on Vercel's global edge network.
• Priority email support.

Hosting can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. If hosting is cancelled, your site will be taken offline at the end of the billing period.

You own your website's source code. Every site we build is stored in a private GitHub repository under version control. This means:

• You can request a copy of your complete source code at any time.
• If you decide to leave, you are free to take your code and host it elsewhere.
• All content, images you provided, and configuration data belong to you.
• We will provide a full code export within 7 business days of your request.

AI-generated images (hero backgrounds, offering images) created during the build are included with your site and are yours to keep.

Your site is built with Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. It is deployed to Vercel's edge network. These are open-source, industry-standard technologies - there is no vendor lock-in. If you choose to self-host, any developer familiar with Next.js can maintain your site.

The $999 website build includes:

• Custom homepage design with your branding and content.
• Mobile-responsive layout tested on all device sizes.
• SEO setup: meta tags, Schema.org structured data, sitemap, robots.txt.
• Contact form connected to your email.
• Google Maps integration showing your service area.
• AI-generated professional images (hero, social sharing, service images).
• Domain connection and SSL setup.
• One round of revisions after initial build.

Additional pages, e-commerce features, booking integrations, or custom functionality beyond the standard build are available at additional cost. We'll provide a quote before any additional work begins.
